Unit 1. Leadership: Putting Yourself in the Picture
One way to explore and express what you know and feel about leadership — and, of course, servant leadership — is to put yourself in the picture. This will take some input from the course, but more so, reflections on your part. Here’s how it works. I’ll show you a graphic, then you tell yourself what elements of leadership it brings to mind. As you move through this unit, put yourself in specific leadership situations. How could you serve? How would you lead?
Activity 1:
